If the wedding is scheduled for an outdoor location, and weather conditions pose difficulty to have the wedding outdoors, it is the responsibility of the Bride and Groom to find an alternative location.

If the wedding is delayed and the services of the Officiant are needed past the scheduled time, an additional pro-rated charge of $100.00 per hour will be applied. After a 15 minute grace period the charge will start to accumulate.

If for any reason the wedding time and date are changed after remitting the deposit, our company will try to provide availability for the new time and date. However, the $100.00 deposit would be lost, and the couple would need to submit another deposit of $100.00 in order to lock the new day and time.        

If the wedding location or venue charges for parking, the fee must be covered by the Bride and Groom. If the fee is not paid in advance to the venue, the charge will be added to the balance (if any) and paid the day of the ceremony.  

In the event Officiant is unable to conduct the wedding ceremony due to personal matters or illness our company will provide another Officiant to conduct the wedding ceremony.    

If for any reason the ceremony is cancelled by the Bride and/or Groom the deposit won’t be returned. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
